No up key in HP-UX? No up key in HP-UX?

Other Unix Unix Systems not mentioned in another forum HP-UX, AIX, IRIX, etc.

Default No up key in HP-UX?
I want to be able to repeat anything I type in the shell by pressing the UP key as I do in Linux. Nothing happens when I try to do this in HP-UX. Is HP-UX so old that this feature doesn't exist? Do they not update HP-UX???

it does. How are you accessing the shell?
