Default Uninstall a program

This may sound a bit silly but I see no add/remove in Mac. How do I uninstall an application in OS X? lol

It is probably something very simple.

In Mac there is no uninstaller. In order to delete something you just right click and "Move to Trash" whatever application in the finder you want to uninstall.

I think in Mac that the whole program is only one file (the executable) but I could be wrong.

No, the whole program is not only one file - or it can be sometimes. Most programs are using different shared libraries, settings-files, etc. So if you delete the program (the file itself) you'll probably still having all the other stuff.
