Default Zend and WHM

I need Zend in order to use some of the recently installed applications on my webserver. I'm using WHM/Cpanel 11 and have root access. Is there a way to install Zend through WHM? I'd rather do it that way then installing it via RPM. Anyone know the best practice for this?

WHM comes with a script to install Zend. While I don't know of how to access it from the web part of WHM if you ssh into your server goto /scripts

There is a script called installzendopt there - run it.

Commands:
$ cd /scripts
$ ./installzendopt

It will walk you through the Zend Installer. You will have to reinstall every time you rebuild Apache/PHP.
