Default BFD or LFD?

Which should I use, BFD (Brute Force Detection) or LFD (Logon Failure Daemon)?

I use BFD along with AFP (Advanced Firewall Policy).

I've used LFD before. It is nice because it emails you every time a brute force attack is detected and it has a lot of settings you can customize (it also integrates with WHM as a plugin).

I like LFD if you have cpanel, easy to administer.
