Inbound eMail problem with WHM

For some reason several of my users can't receive inbound emails (but others can). I see this returned error message when I attempt to send the emails to the server:

Diagnostic-Code: smtp;400 4.4.7 Message delayed

Anyone know how to diagnose this type of problem or what that code means?

I'm assuming you are using Exim? If so check your logs.

/var/log/exim_rejected

And check your configuration file for anything out of place:

/etc/exim.conf

I'm curious what the resolution was for this. While I really like the cpanel/whm, I really dislike exim. I prefer sendmail personally. I have considered just changing it myself because I seem to have so many problems with exim, but that could probably just be my not really being familiar enough with it.
