Default SSH Problem

When I try to do a localhost connection (127.0.0.1) I get this error:

Code:
Please contact your system administrator.
Add correct host key in /root/.ssh/known_hosts to get rid of this message.
Offending key in /root/.ssh/known_hosts:1
RSA host key for 127.0.0.1 has changed and you have requested strict checking.
Host key verification failed.
Anyone know how to fix this? I don't remember requesting strict checking.....

First of all, why did the key change? Is someone spoofing that host? If your IP changes then you will get this message. You should be able to say yes after this and still connect.
