Default Sabayon Installation problem

Well, in the installation of sabayon I chose GRUB, but then it asks me if I should install grub into sda or sda5. sda5 is the partition when I'm going to install sabayon. Which one should I use? sda or sda5?

Thanks.

sda is you main drive so I wouldn't suggest creating it there, unless you wanna have just that OS... if so do sda, sda5 and 6 or subs, so make a new one "sda2" and do it there.

I thought grub was suppose to install on the boot/active partition. I'd choose whichever one that is.

Didn't understand you XaNaX....

@Jordan with active partition you mean the current partition that is currently booting? or the partition where I'm going to install Sabayon?

Well.. besides that, if I'll remove Sabayon.. I don't want to end up with an unbootable laptop.. I still have Vista on sda1 I think.
