Default Mount .cue/.bin file?

Is it possible to mount a cue/bin file like you can an ISO file in Linux? I've been searching but can't find the answer. Anyone know of any tricks? I'd rather not waste a CD to burn it.

Check out CDemu, this will allow you to mount most types of CD images.
