Ubuntu is alright. I like OpenSuse and Redhat though.

I like Ubuntu also. Its very easy to use and easy to learn.

I agree, Ubuntu is probably the best, although RedHat is pretty good too.

RedHat is more for server use rather than workstation use. It is pretty bare in the area of User Interface.

I like just vanilla flavored Ubuntu - I have tried enterprise SUSE and it left me with a sour taste in my mouth.

My favorite distro at the moment is openSUSE 11.0 with KDE 4.04. It's an absolute blast!
