In Windows you can Sync directories with removable devices or network drives. I would like to sync my "documents" with my USB stick "documents". When a change is made to either the other is updated with the new version. The USB Stick is FAT32 though. Is there any way to do this?

I could only find this one: SourceForge.net: Sync
Not sure how good it is as I've never used it. I bet you can make a shell script to do this simple task though. |
