Default dd in Windows?

I've got a .tgz file with drivers for a card. Inside of it are an iso and an img file. I've tried burning the .iso image to a CD and using that to load the drivers but it doesn't work. How do I burn these properly from Windows? Can I just copy the .tgz file to a CD and then Linux will do the rest?

Well 1st you can extract the files with WinRAR if you are on windows and then burn the files on the CD or you can just burn the .tgz then open in linux copy/paste to desktop or somewhere and extract normally on Linux.
