sar -q
When I do a sar -q I notice that runq-sz is 2. What does this mean and is it a good thing?

This is the amount of processes waiting for execution by the process run que. Most Intel average at 2 or less. If this number is ever higher than 2 consistently you may need to get a faster CPU or it could be damaged.
