10/1 residential connection here, waiting for them to roll out 16, but who knows when that will be. Charter with their roll out dates its like construction on the west coast - who knows when it will happen, but one day if your really lucky....

I have Asianet broad band connection. It is leading ISP in Kerala. As an ISP, Asianet looks at being a user-friendly provider of Internet access, Web-services, E-commerce services, Data and voice Connectivity services. With the internet advantages of the DATA over CABLE System. The Asianet DataLine services promises a " NETWORK SERVICES WITH A DIFFERENCE "

$30 a month I suppose isn't too bad, that's roughly around what I pay.
