I don't have any experience installing Gentoo myself, but I found some nice links, which may help you.

Doesn't it boot and install it's self like Ubuntu? (Ubuntu is extremely simple to install)

Ubuntu is easy to install, yes, but as far as I know, Gentoo has no GUI for its installation-process. This means it's text-based, and it's harder to install, if you don't have any experience.

It may. You'll probably be able to use man-pages, and --help on most commands. But it doesn't provide any help on which commands to use. You'll have to know how to do the stuff - or read some article.

Hmm I think that something like that will reduce the usage of gentoo?

I don't think it affect the usage of Gentoo, only a little. If you're an experienced Linux-user, then it's not difficult to install Gentoo.
